This page explains what personal information Leadoo collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.
What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you type into it: your name, your business name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number, a description of what your business sells, and anything you write in the optional message box.
That is the only personal information this website asks you for. We do not require an account, we do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect anything else about you beyond what you choose to submit.
Why we collect it
Purely so that we can reply to your enquiry and work out whether our service is a fit for your business. We use your email or phone number to contact you about the enquiry you made.
We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send you unrelated promotions.
Who sees it
Your submission is sent by email to khoryk24@gmail.com and is read by us. We do not sell your details, rent them, trade them, or pass them to any third party for their own use.
The form is delivered using Web3Forms, an email-forwarding service. It handles the message in transit in order to deliver it to us. Aside from that, no third party receives your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship — and if we never end up working together, no longer than is useful. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it entirely. Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, these are your rights, and we will act on such a request.
To make any of these requests, just email khoryk24@gmail.com. You do not need to give a reason.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. It is a static page — there is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on it at the time of writing.
If we add advertising or analytics tracking later, we will update this page before we do so.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and your submission is transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store your details on this website — there is no database attached to it. Your enquiry lives in our email inbox.
Changes to this policy
If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
